๐Ÿ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ณ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ: โ€œฮคฮทฯ‚ ฮกฮฎฮณฮฑฮนฮฝฮฑฯ‚ ฮท ฮตฯ…ฯ‡ฮฎ (๐‘๐ž๐ ๐ข๐ง๐š’๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก)”

We are thrilled to announce that our school, in partnership with four other schools – the Greek school of Weston-Super-Mare in the United Kingdom, the Agios Maronas primary school in Cyprus, the 1st Primary School of Lykovrysi in Greece and the Greek School of New Jersey in USA won first place in the 9th Panhellenic student competition, for the flip book: “Cyprus, Greece, Greek Diaspora: Educational Bridges”.
We are incredibly proud and excited for our Year 6 students who participated in such an important project with international significance and global reach!
Well done to all the children of Year 6, but also to the teachers responsible – Mrs Panagiota Serghi and Mrs Sonia Fergadioti.
Finally, we would like to mention that the programme was produced with the approval of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs of Greece, the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth of Cyprus, and, was carried out under the auspices of H.E. of the President of the Hellenic Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou and under the auspices of H.E of the President of the Republic of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulidis.
It was co-organised by Serresโ€™ Directorate of Primary Education, the Ministry of Internal affairs (Macedonia-Thrace), the Embassy of Cyprus in Greece – Education Office – Home of Cyprus and the Department of Educational Broadcasting and Digital Media of the Ministry of Greece.
