We are thrilled to announce our latest accomplishment in collaboration with Ayios Maronas Primary School (Cyprus), 1st Primary School of Lykovrysi (Greece), Greek School of Weston Super Mare, and Greek School of St. George New Jersey (USA) in the 7th Panhellenic Student Competition/Program: “Pontian Hellenism, Memories and Dreams, Past, Present, and Future.”
With immense joy and pride, we have secured the prestigious first prize in the “Documentary Films” category for our remarkable project, “Immortal Pontian Roots.” This outstanding achievement marks our 5th first prize of this school year!
“Immortal Pontian Roots” beautifully depicts the journeys and experiences of Pontian Greeks who were forced to leave their homeland in Pontus. It showcases the Pontian dialect, music, cuisine, and provides historical insights into the presence and tragic genocide of Pontian Greeks.
Congratulations to our talented students and dedicated teachers for their outstanding contributions!
